and personality. An AI ad is a finished promotional video for a
product or service. You can order either service, or discuss using a
custom character in future ads.
If you want a character you can keep using across content, start with
a custom AI influencer. If you have one offer to promote right now, an
ad package gets you finished video faster.
No. This is a done-for-you service. You write the brief and review the
creative; we handle design, prompting, editing and delivery.
Yes, if you have the right to provide those references. A digital twin
requires your permission, or written permission from the person whose
likeness is used. We don't clone voices unless it is expressly agreed
and consented to.
No. A character build does not include an existing audience, platform
accounts, an automated business or guaranteed income. We create the
creative assets.
Production and delivery
For influencers: a character description, niche, preferred style and
any authorised likeness references. For ads: your offer, target
audience, product or service information, brand assets, approved
claims, preferred call to action and intended placement.
Initial creative review is typically within 3–5 business days after
payment and a complete brief, with the required assets. Your full
delivery schedule is confirmed before production begins. Missing
assets or delayed feedback can move the schedule.
Yes, within your package's stated revision rounds. One round means one
consolidated list of changes within the agreed brief. New characters,
a changed approved concept or an expanded deliverable count are
additional work. We fix production errors against the approved brief
at no extra charge. We do not promise unlimited changes.
High-resolution images in the agreed formats and vertical MP4 videos,
delivered as an organised collection. Short character videos are 8–15
seconds each. Ads are delivered at the lengths stated in your package.
Yes. The Monthly Content System is available as a separate option.
Scope is agreed in writing before the first charge. Billing renews
until cancelled, and you can cancel by contacting support at least
seven days before your next renewal date.
Payments and usage
Prices are in USD and any applicable taxes are shown before payment.
Choose your package, complete the project brief, then pay through
Square. Production begins once payment, the brief and required assets
are complete.
Before work starts, a full refund is available. Once production has
begun, refunds are assessed based on the work completed. After
delivery, refunds are reviewed case by case. Contact support to start
the process. Nothing here waives your statutory rights.
Final approved files are delivered for the commercial uses agreed in
your project, subject to any disclosed third-party asset or licence
restrictions. We confirm intended placements before production. No
transfer of third-party software or exclusive copyright in all
synthetic elements is implied.

one-time price, and Square confirms the exact total including any

product for people who want to do the creative work themselves. Agency
packages are sold separately.
