Services Provided

Done For You Influencer provides creative production services in two categories:

Custom AI influencers: an original digital character with an approved look, a character profile and a defined collection of images and short character videos.
AI influencer video ads: finished promotional videos for a product or service, including script development, an AI presenter or agreed visual style, vertical editing, captions and branding.

Optional monthly content is available as a separate subscription. Our separate DIY digital learning product is sold under its own terms and is not an agency service.

Scope of Work

Fixed-price packages include exactly the deliverables, quantities and revision rounds listed on our Packages page at the time of purchase. Custom work is performed only to the written scope confirmed with you before payment. Nothing outside the agreed scope is included unless separately quoted and accepted.

Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Square. Payment is required in full before work begins on any project.

One-time build packages: Full payment upon order
Monthly management: Billed monthly on the same date
All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

Timelines

Initial creative review is typically within 3–5 business days after payment and receipt of a complete brief with the required assets. This is an estimate for the first review, not a final delivery date for your whole package.

Your full delivery schedule is confirmed before production begins. Missing assets, incomplete information or delayed feedback can move the schedule. We will communicate delays promptly.

Monthly content: deliverables are produced on the rolling basis set out in your written scope.

Revisions

We include revision rounds as specified in each package:

Starter Package: 1 revision round included
Creator Package: 2 revision rounds included
Brand Package: 3 revision rounds included

One revision round means one consolidated list of changes within the approved brief. New characters, a changed approved concept or an expanded deliverable count are additional work and are quoted separately. We correct production errors against the approved brief at no extra charge. Unlimited revisions are not offered.

Promotional Offers

From time to time we run promotional codes such as DFYI. Unless the specific offer states otherwise:

The discount applies to eligible agency packages in either service category. Our separate DIY digital product is excluded.
On a recurring plan, the discount applies to the first charge only. Subsequent charges are at the regular price.
One redemption per customer. Codes cannot be combined with other offers, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
The offer ends at the published deadline. Orders completed after expiry are charged at the regular price.
The code is validated by our payment provider. A discount is only applied once the provider confirms it.

No Guaranteed Results

We provide creative production. We do not guarantee followers, audience growth, reach, engagement, sales, income, virality or any other business outcome. A custom AI influencer does not include an existing audience, platform accounts or an automated business. Ad production does not include ad spend, campaign management or performance results. Any examples on our website are illustrative of creative output, not evidence of commercial performance.

Client Responsibilities

By working with us, you agree to:

Provide accurate information for your project
Respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe
Review and provide feedback on deliverables promptly
Ensure you have the right to use any reference materials provided
Comply with all applicable laws and platform terms of service

Ownership and Usage Rights

Upon full payment and approval, you receive the final delivered files for the commercial uses agreed in your project. This includes the right to publish the finished images and videos for your brand or business, subject to the restrictions below.

This is a licence for the agreed use, not a transfer of everything involved in making the work. In particular:

No ownership or rights in third-party software, models or platform accounts are transferred.
Licensed stock performers, music or other third-party assets remain subject to their own licence terms, which may limit certain paid placements.
We do not claim, and cannot grant, exclusive copyright in every synthetic element of a generated asset.
Character exclusivity is only provided where expressly agreed in writing. A character created for you is not guaranteed to be unique across all AI systems.

We confirm your intended placements before production so that the correct usage can be licensed. If music rights do not cover a placement, we can supply a music-free export.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services, we have the following policy:

Before work begins: Full refund available
Work in progress: Partial refund based on work completed
After delivery: Refunds evaluated case-by-case

We strive for 100% satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any concerns.

Cancellation Policy

Monthly management packages may be cancelled with 7 days notice. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period upon cancellation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Done For You Influencer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
