Done For You Influencer provides custom AI influencer creation services, including but not limited to:

Ultra-realistic AI-generated influencer images
AI-generated video content (short-form videos)
Custom personality and brand identity development
Content creation and asset delivery
Ongoing management and content packages

Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Square. Payment is required in full before work begins on any project.

One-time build packages: Full payment upon order
Monthly management: Billed monthly on the same date
All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery times are as follows:

One-Time Builds: 2-5 business days for initial delivery
Monthly Management: Content delivered on a rolling monthly basis

Delivery times may vary based on package complexity and current workload. We will communicate any delays promptly.

Revisions

We include revision rounds as specified in each package:

Starter Package: 1 revision round included
Creator Package: 2 revision rounds included
Brand Package: 3 revision rounds included

Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be subject to additional fees.

Client Responsibilities

By working with us, you agree to:

Provide accurate information for your project
Respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe
Review and provide feedback on deliverables promptly
Ensure you have the right to use any reference materials provided
Comply with all applicable laws and platform terms of service

Ownership and Usage Rights

Upon full payment, you receive full ownership and usage rights to the delivered AI influencer assets, including:

All generated images and videos
Custom personality and branding elements
Content calendar and strategy materials

You may use these assets for commercial purposes, including monetization, across any platforms you choose.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services, we have the following policy:

Before work begins: Full refund available
Work in progress: Partial refund based on work completed
After delivery: Refunds evaluated case-by-case

We strive for 100% satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any concerns.

Cancellation Policy

Monthly management packages may be cancelled with 7 days notice. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period upon cancellation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Done For You Influencer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
